This is not a site about dating, or about relationships. It's not about how to get a date. It's about being single, and how to make the most out of what you've got. Which, even if it doesn't make you attractive to a nice man, will make you able to enjoy your own company. And speaking of your own company, that's probably part of the reason I started this blog - because I've been spending too much time in my own company.
I've watched my siblings and most of my friends get married and have kids. Along the way I've made new friends, both married and single, and I've had many great experiences. For me, being single isn't a trial, it's a state of being. It's not a permanent state, but it's definitely one in which I can learn and grow and prepare for the next state. And putting down my thoughts on life is part of that growth process.
